Who I Am

Before I was a coach, I was a fitness model. I worked in print, commercials, and infomercials — so I understand what it takes to train at a high level, and I understand the pressure that comes with it. That experience gave me a foundation most coaches don't have.
Over the course of my career I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry — celebrity trainers, major fitness brands, and professional productions that took me from print to television. Those experiences weren't just résumé moments. They shaped the standard I hold myself to every single day and gave me a foundation that most coaches simply don't have.
Yoga has always been a core part of how I coach — I've taught in studios, gyms, outdoors, and in my clients' homes. Wherever you show up, I meet you there. My classes aren't just about movement — they're about building calm, strength, and a sense of community that carries into everyday life.
Fitness has always been a priority and a passion in my life. Women have always gravitated toward me with questions about fitness, nutrition, how I train, how I eat, how I stay consistent. And I have always loved those conversations. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping a woman figure out what actually works for her body and her life. I finally decided to build something real around what has always come naturally to me.
Today I work with clients one on one — in their homes, at the gym, or online. Every plan I build is completely personal. I've worked with women at every stage of life — busy moms juggling it all, women ready to make themselves a priority again, and young athletes just starting their fitness journey. 1 on 1 coaching starts at $297 for your first month. No hidden fees, no long term contracts. If you want to continue after month one I offer a returning client rate. Payment is collected before we start.
